We want you to be fully satisfied with your Thule Roof Bars purchase; if your gear isn’t a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all components remain in their original packaging and have not been installed on a vehicle.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the roof bars and all mounting hardware into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the kit.
